BUILDING MAINTENANCE REQUEST

We ask that all maintenance requests be e-mailed via our website @ www.tower2cc.com . If you choose not to utilize the website you may also call our management office at 888-4845 and we will be happy to assist you.

Some examples of maintenance requests are:

• air conditioning adjustments
  
• light replacement
  
• janitorial
  
• plumbing
  
• assistance with keys & locks
  
• access cards and parking tag issues
  
• any specialized work that will require the gathering of proposals
  

In cases of emergency, such as over flowing water, suspicious odors or smoke, please call the management office as soon as possible.
