Tower II - Corpus Christi, Texas

All elevators in the building and garage are equipped with hands-free telephones. The telephones are located in a panel on the right-hand side of the cab. If an elevator malfunctions, trapping you inside, open the panel door and push the "CALL" button. This will automatically ring the 24hr-watch line operated by "Otis Elevator Company". The operator will immediately dispatch one of their elevator technicians to assist you. The operator will also contact building management.

Do not hang up the phone until your exit has been completed.
If you have pushed the "Emergency Stop" button and the alarm is sounding, push the button again to quiet the alarm.
If the doors open when the elevator is positioned between floors, NEVER crawl out. An Otis Elevator technician will direct your exit upon his arrival to the scene.
Please remain calm. The elevators are designed so that no movement will occur either up or down once the car has malfunctioned.
