The fire panel will automatically activate upon the presence of smoke or fire and will initiate the automatic evacuation announcement. Begin evacuation procedures as outlined in the "Evacuation" section of this manual. However, should you find a fire that has not set off the alarm, immediately call 911 and the Building Management Office (888-4845).
The Building Management Office will proceed to the scene with a supervisor to evaluate the fire. If the fire is not serious, an immediate announcement will be made advising tenants of the situation.
The Building Management, the Fire Department or their representative will give subsequent information announcements.
An all clear announcement will be issued when the emergency is over.
