Each tenant will be assigned an access card for entry into the building. The doors to the building automatically unlock at 6:30 AM and re-lock at 6.30 PM. To obtain entry to the building after normal business hours, and weekends a tenant must present the access card to any of the card readers located in these areas:
- Both 2nd floor entrances from parking garage
- Visitor Parking
- Front of Building by security console
- Side entry by the fire lane
A persons name, license plate, parking space, tag, and suite number are all connected to a persons name and access card. This helps control unauthorized parking and will help in notifying the vehicles owners of any problems with the vehicle, (alarms, lights left on, accidents, lost & found articles, etc)
It is very important that the access card is not transfer to another individual other than the person it was originally issued to. Should the access card/tag be transferred to a new employee, please fill out a new card access form to update the cards information. We asked that ONLY the office manager approve and initiate this request.
On a daily basis we monitor and audit parking, and periodically update your parking profile. If an employees name is removed, and you do not submit the information as to whom the card has been transferred to, the card will automatically be turned off. A $5.00 re-activation fee will be assessed if new persons information was not properly submitted at the time of updating your parking profile. The access/parking forms are available in the management office and soon will be available on our website. Lost access cards and tags are $5.00 each.
Parking Garage
Open Parking is available on a first come first serve basis, with the exception of the reserved areas which are levels 1 3 and a portion of the 4th floor. Level 5 has been designated as open. Everyone parking in the garage MUST have a parking tag. The tag should be placed on the rearview mirror. A license plate number for each vehicle MUST be furnished to the management office before tags and access cards can be issued. If a secondary car is used, please indicate on the parking profile for a second tag.
